Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@ndcommercegroup.com with:

  • Order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the package and product

Review Process

Approved issues may qualify for a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety, compliance, and product integrity reasons, opened or used products are not eligible for return.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If an order is refused, returned as undeliverable, or cannot be completed due to an incorrect address entered by the customer, any refund issued may exclude original shipping charges and other applicable costs.
