Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may be longer during promotions, restocks, or high-volume periods.

Shipping Availability

We ship only to locations where hemp-derived products are permitted by applicable law. It is the customer’s responsibility to understand their local and state laws before placing an order.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion based on destination restrictions, product limitations, compliance concerns, or suspected fraud.

Tracking

If tracking is provided for your order, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout once your shipment is processed.

Delivery Delays

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Nationwide Dank is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, incorrect shipping information entered by the customer, or delivery issues once an order has been transferred to the carrier.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. If an incorrect address is submitted, we may not be able to update it once the order has been processed.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
